Refund policy

Depending on your plan, if the available credits in your account is more than 1000 (i.e. >$2 in value), the amount equivalent to the remainder of available credits would be refunded.

Quick preview of the available plans –
  1. Ketchup: $1.99 / ₹ 150 (1000 API calls)
  2. Ramen: $7.99 / ₹ 600 (6000 API calls)
  3. Sushi: $16.99 / ₹ 1300 (14500 API calls)
Say if you’re on the Ketchup plan and after 3 months, you wish to get a refund.
By then, you’d have accumulated a total of 3500 credits (that’s 500 from the time of signing-up and 1000 credits from each month since).
Let’s say that during this time, the total credits consumed were only 1500, which means that you would have a balance of 2000 credits (on the date of raising a refund request).
This is the point where the system checks for the account having more than 1000 credits. Since in this scenario the account clearly does, it then reserves the 1000 credits aside and a refund for a value against the remainder of the credits (i.e. 1000 => $1.99 / ₹ 150) would be triggered against the last subscription invoice from your account.

Summary:
  1. Total credits added: 3500
  2. Credits consumed: 1500 | Balance = 2000 credits
  3. Credits reserved: 1000 | Balance = 1000 credits
  4. Refundable credits: 1000 => $1.99 / ₹ 150
A few notes on the matter —
  • NO time bound limitations on when you can raise a refund request.
  • Refunds will NOT be issued against credits consumed that resulted in successful (API response code 200) results.
