- Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely, any time! Socials makes use of Stripe and it provides us with a slick user interface for you to manage/cancel your subscription, download your invoices and receipts, update billing data etc. - Do you offer any refunds?
Yes & no. More on that can be found here. In short, if the available credits in your account is more than 1000 ($2 in value), the amount equivalent to the remainder of available credits would be refunded. - How do you calculate usage?
Credits are only charged for every successful API lookup/search (i.e. API response code 200) and each of these successful API calls cost 1 credit. - What happens to my unused credits?
They rollover to the next month! That’s right, credits NEVER expire. Feel free to pause/restart your subscriptions, as and when you feel like it.
